Who can use your system?
Any licensed real estate professional can create an account. You will need to input your License numbe and Broker License number for some of the automated features.
What will I see on my credit card billing statement?
On your statement our charges will read: MLSgraphics/Graphics2go Arlington, TX (817) 516-7191
Merchant services are necessary to process your credit card purchases.
Service Provider We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes
How secure is my account information?
Our Merchant Center is VERY secure! One of the largest merchant service is provieded by Intuit, We comply with all PCI DSS requirement. Our firewall and servers are protected by Godaddy. Encrypted receipts are emailed direct to agents by Intuit Quickbooks.
What credit cards do you accept?
MLSgraphics currently accepts Visa and Master Charge and Discover. We do not currently accept American Express.

What is the Quality of Color Copies?
All digital color copies are high quality and printed at 2400 dpi on an industrial grade Xerox.
What Kind of Paper Do you Print on?
We use 100# Gloss Text paper.
How long does Shipping Take?
We ship your order via UPS Ground. Shipping takes between 3 to 7 days.
How much does Shipping Cost?
All shipping throughout the continental United States is included in the price.
How much does Printing Cost?
Do I have to resize my images?
No. Your property photo will autoadjust to the correct frame size on that template.
How many times can I access my listing flyer?
You can access your flyer for the lifetime of that listing. Should you re-list your property select the correct MLS number to continue.
Do I have to fill out every field when I use a template?
No. When creating a flyer you only have to fill out the mandatory fields. All fields left blank will not show up on your flyer.
Can I edit my Flyer after it has been saved?
Yes, each document you create is assigned a job number. Just select the listing property then review all the documents (jobs) you have created.
Can I cange the price on a flyer after I have paid for it.
Yes, select the correct property and job (document) and choose edit to change the price.
How to get my password if I lose it?
While you are on the logon page, click on forgott password and your password will be emailed to the emial you have on file.
How many times can I access my Flyers?
You have unlimited access to your flyers. You can print it, email, or attach it to your MLS if allowed.
Why cant I change the MLS number on my flyer?
The MLS number define each listing just as it does in your MLS. This is a key field and cannot be changed.
How do I build a flyer?
To start a flyer you must first upload your listing data. From the front screen choose "Get Started" and we will guide you through the process.
When do we pay for our orders.
We will be happy to provide you with an invoice for your records, but all payments are due upon receipt. You will be asked to prepay for business cards, postcards, and mailing services upon approval of PDF. These items are outsourced and must be prepaid to place and order. You are not restricted to the wholesale printers we are affiliated with. We can provide the PDF for you to upload to the printer of your choice. The design work must be paid in full to receive your PDF proof.
Can I use my flyer on other website?
Yes, You will receive a finished PDF that can be attached to other websites.
What is the difference between a template and a custom design?
Selecting a template creates your document immediately. Custom templates may require a few days for one of our designers to complete your job.
Do I need special computer skills to use MLSgraphics.
We provide a simple and direct approcah to creating your flyer with direct data access with the flexibility to adapt to new technologies.
Logging into MLSgraphics
To access the MLSgraphcis website:
Step 1: Open Microsoft Internet Explorer® and browse to www.mlsgraphics.com (If you don’t have Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can download it from the internet.)
Step 2: Click the NTREIS Listings link.
Step 3: Enter your user name and password when prompted.
Once logged in to the MLSgraphics site, a Welcome screen with several options will appear. To begin with a new listing, choose "Get Started". To view other properties choose " My Properties".
Can I use my exact Brokers Colors?
Yes, if your colors are not defined in our online colors set a call or email will help us set them up for you to use.
Uploading your PDF Flyer to the MLS.
Branded marketing material may not be allowed by your local MLS. Please check with them before you upload your PDF flyer for use in the media manager of your local MLS.
You can upload up to 25-30 impages depending on which are of the country your MLS is located. Usually the maximum file size for an image is 6 MB. Images whose dimensions exeed 640x480 will be resized by your local MLS.
Can I change my flyer after printing?
Yes, edit the same print job or start with a new template.
Click or number images in MLS to reorder them. The image in the top left position is automatically designated as the primary photo. Note! You must click "UPDATE" to complete the process. Choose a template that will provide the number of photos you wish to use.
How long does it take to create a flyer?
You will enjoy using MLSgraphics. Flyers can be created in just a few minutes. No listing data to retype! We even include the room sizes. Easily review and edit important information quickly. Stop in the middle fo your flyer and begin again later. Mix and match different marketing material as needed for the lifetime of that listing. Print anywhere and anytime. Your PDF is yours to use at any local printer too.
Can I upload Photos
IF you want to use photo not currently on your MLS you can email them to email@example.com and a graphic artist will create your template offline. You will then be able to view the proof online as ususal.

When Your MLSgraphics.com account is cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in "deactivated" status on our relevant MLSgraphics.com databases. However, you should know that deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and use your personally identifiable information if necessary in order to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
How we communicate to you
We use emails to communicate with you, to confirm your placed orders, and to send information that you have requested. We also provide email links, to allow you to contact us directly. We strive to promptly reply to your messages.
The information you send to us may be stored and used to improve this site and our products, or it may be reviewed and discarded. However, we DO NO SHARE your information with third parties without your explicit permission.
Why do you print the MLS number on all the flyers?
When displaying listing content, we must clearly identify the name of your brokerage firm along with the current MLS listing number on all printed and non-print forms of advertising. We comply with all the Rules and Regulations of your local MLS.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Click here if you lose your password. We will email it to you. If you no longer have access to that email, you will have to contact support.
MLS Internet Policies
MLSgraphics users shall be responsible for the use of all listing data and must refresh all MLS data manually. We recommend you proof your work carefully before each print job. Subscribers must obtain authorizaiotn from their Participant before downloading data to the Subscriber's public website. Please check with your Broker or local MLS provider to obtain the correct forms for us to provide IDX (Internet Data Exchange) support that would auto-update your listing data.
